Large majorities of US workers believe that “respectfully discussing” their religious (60%) or political (64%) views will negatively impact their employment
(Moscow, Idaho) – According to a recent Ipsos/Alliance Defending Freedom survey, 3 in 5 American workers fear that expressing their religious or political views in the workplace would damage their career. And, a majority (54%) believe posting their religious or political views on social media could also have negative impacts on their employment.

But woke workplace policies, including so-called DEI policies, are being used to silence employees who may not adhere to the latest virtue signaling cause.”
